Once the delivery date is confirmed (after the delivery date confirmation email is sent), we cannot accept any cancellations or changes to the order (additions or modifications). Please ensure you review your order details before completing the purchase.
While we take every precaution to ensure product quality, should you receive a defective item (such as a damaged frame) or an item different from your order, please contact us via the contact form within 3 days of receiving the product. After confirming the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please note we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason related to customer preference. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy before placing your order.
We strive to accurately reproduce the actual color and texture of our products in our photos. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in your computer monitor (such as variations in LCD panels or brightness settings), screen settings, or the conditions under which the product photos were taken.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, changes, or cancellations after payment has been completed based on reasons such as color or texture differing from expectations. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

If you receive an item different from your order
If you receive an item different from your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will promptly address the matter once we confirm the details of your inquiry.
When using credit card payment
For refunds to customers who purchased with a credit card, if the billing cutoff date has not passed, we will cancel the charge. If the cutoff date has passed, the credit card company will issue the refund in the following month’s statement or later. Please be advised.
